    Auditory Goals:

    1)      Client will detect and repeat Ling 6 sounds at a distance of 3 and 9 feet with 100% accuracy with little assistance.

    Procedure: The clinician will administer the Ling 6 test at a distance of 3 and 9 feet with 100% accuracy. The black acoustic screen will be used and the client will be cued to listen. The clinician will give the client blocks to hold to her ear and the clinician will say “listen.” Once the client shows that she heard the sound, she will repeat some of the sounds.

    2)      Client will identify beeping sounds in various parts of the room 3/3 times.

    Procedure: Clinician will place watches/timers around the therapy room and set them for different times throughout the session. When the timers go off, AB will look in the direction to find what is beeping.

    3)      Client will discriminate between her name and (guardians) name 3/5 trials.

    Procedure: Clinician will assist AB a few times so she understands the task. Clinician will announce “(GUARDIAN)” or “ARAYA” and whoever’s name is announced will shake two pom poms in the air.

    4)      Client will identify a sentence versus one word. (SPICE A:3 Suprasemental Perception)

    Procedure: AB will be presented cards from the SPICE and the therapist will say a sentence for one card and one word for the next card. AB will be asked to point and identify which card the therapist is saying, then throw the card into a pumpkin bucket.

    Materials: SPICE cards, pointer

    Speech Goals:

    1)      1) Client will repeat 3/6 targeted CVCV speech patterns given a verbal model by the clinician.

    Procedure: Clinician will model a CVCV speech sound and Araya will listen with a puzzle piece up to her ear (listen), then repeat the sound and put the puzzle piece onto the puzzle.

    Language Goals:

    1)      Client will identify 3/5 animals during song and place them in the barn accordingly.

    Procedure:  Clinician and guardian will sing Old McDonald Had a Farm and as each animal is said in the song, AB will repeat the animal name and pick the animal from in front of her to throw into the barn.

    Procedure: Client and clinician will read through homemade book and AB will say the part that is on the page. Extra: she can place a sticker on a baby where the correct part is.
